Caintigern was an eighth-century saint and the daughter of Cellach Cualann, King of Leinster. She later lived on an island in Loch Lomond in Scotland. Her feast day is 7 January. You'll also see Kentigerna in accounts of the saint, but Caintigern is the traditional Irish form.
